The Delta Medical AC Repair Kit series includes three distinct models: Butterfly AC Repair Kit, Adjustable Quick AC Kit, and Quick AC Kit. Each model is designed to meet different clinical requirements for acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocation repair.

Butterfly AC Repair Kit

The Butterfly AC Repair Kit consists of two butterfly-shaped AC titanium plates and two 2 mm Taper Suture Tapes. It is specifically designed for elastic fixation of AC joint dislocations.

• Requires only the Taper Suture Tape to pass through the coracoid and clavicle tunnels, without threading through the plate, allowing for a very thin bone tunnel and minimizing surgical trauma.
• No need for a second surgery for implant removal, enabling faster functional recovery for the patient.

Adjustable Quick AC Kit

The Adjustable Quick AC Kit includes an AC Quick Loading Titanium Plate, a Rectangle Quick Loading Titanium Plate, and an adjustable loop made from #5 UHS Fiber™ Suture.

• The adjustable loop provides provisional locking, allowing precise fine-tuning of fixation tension to achieve optimal clavicle reduction positioning.
• Combines stability with surgeon-friendly handling, making it ideal for cases requiring high reduction accuracy.

Quick AC Kit
The Quick AC Kit includes an AC Quick Loading Titanium Plate, a Rectangle Quick Loading Titanium Plate, and a single #5 UHS Fiber™ Suture.
