Five Days, Three Cities: Delta Medical Completes Full-Product-Line AdvancedTraining Program(ATP) in Colombia

In May, Delta Medical’s international team completed an intensive Advanced training program(ATP) across Colombia.

Over five days, the team visited Cali, Pereira, and Bogotá, delivering systematic full-product-line training for teams from Implameq SAS, one of Delta Medical’s key partners in the region.

The program focused on product principles, standardized surgical techniques, and clinical support workflows, covering product managers, sales managers, and surgical support specialists.

Systematic Training with Hands-On Practice

Each session began with an overview of Delta Medical’s sports medicine portfolio and technology platform, followed by detailed product training, including implant design concepts, indications, instrument preparation, implantation procedures, and key surgical techniques.
Hands-on workshops were also conducted at every stop, allowing participants to practice instrument assembly and implant insertion under the guidance of Delta instructors.
A participant from the Pereira office shared:
“The practical sessions gave us a more direct understanding of instrument handling and insertion angles, which is difficult to achieve through videos alone.”

Strengthening Local Clinical Support Capabilities

While the overall training structure remained consistent, each city focused on different clinical needs. Through targeted case discussions and technical guidance, Delta Medical helped local teams further improve their professional support capabilities and deepen their understanding of the full product portfolio.

This ATP project not only strengthened collaboration between Delta Medical and Implameq SAS, but also reflected Delta’s continued commitment to empowering global partners through systematic and academic-driven training programs.
