Delta Medical Enters a New Phase in Egypt

The 13th EGAA International Congress recently concluded successfully in Cairo, bringing together numerous sports medicine experts from across the Middle East and around the world. Delta Medical made a remarkable debut at the event and achieved significant outcomes.

This occasion held special significance for Delta Medical — it marked our official entry into the Egyptian market. Using the congress as a launchpad, we completed our first public appearance in the region. At the exhibition, Delta Medical showcased a comprehensive range of sports medicine solutions, including arthroscopy-related implants, instruments, and imaging equipment. These products have already been registered in Egypt and are now in clinical use, drawing considerable interest from local physicians and sparking enthusiastic discussions.

Deepening Academic Collaboration: Shaping the Future with Local Physicians

In support of clinical education and academic advancement, Delta Medical hosted two Continuing Medical Education sessions at EGAA 2025, aiming to contribute meaningful knowledge and practical value to the development of sports medicine in Egypt.The first workshop, led by Professor Ayman Ebied, focused on “Management of Knee Soft Tissue Injuries” The two-hour session attracted over fifty orthopedic surgeons and proved highly rewarding in both theoretical insights and hands-on skills.

The second academic session was co-led by Professor Waleed Reda and Dr. Mahmoud Abdelwahab, offering a Shoulder Arthroscopy Solutions – from A to Z.
Both events sparked active discussion and strong engagement, earning high praise from participating physicians and making a solid contribution to the education and growth of sports medicine in Egypt.
