Double row repair technique is generally used for large rotator cuff tears. Two rows of suture anchors are implanted at the footprint and suitable lateral area of tubercle of humerus, and different suturing techniques are used for fixation of rotator cuff. Double row repair technique can increase contact area of tendon-bone and help with healing process.
