The MPFL reconstruction has gradually developed from the initial single-boundle reconstruction to the double-boundle reconstruction which is closer to the MPFL anatomical structure. Here we introduce the suture anchor fixation technique, that is, the double-boundle reconstruction. Appropriate grafts were implanted in the medial midpoint and the middle-upper 1/3 of patella for fixation, and the femoral footprint was fixed with interference screw.
