The Latarjet/Bristow Guide System is purpose-built for bony defect reconstruction in cases of glenohumeral instability. Designed to ensure procedural consistency and repeatability, the kit includes fully reusable metallic instruments: a Shoulder Glenoid Guide Aimer, two Shoulder Glenoid Guide Sleeves, cannulated drills in two diameters (3.0 mm and 3.7 mm), and a 1.5 mm guide pin. It is compatible with both the bone block cerclage technique (3.0 mm cannulated drill) and the FixButton™ fixation method (3.7 mm cannulated drill).

The bone block cerclage technique is an advanced arthroscopic procedure that preserves the integrity of the subscapularis muscle while achieving metal-free fixation of the bone graft. Two interconnected UHS Fiber™ Sutures or Taper Suture Tape™ provide firm graft compression and high-strength fixation, effectively minimizing construct displacement even under high-load conditions.
