At the end of January, we had the privilege of completing a meaningful two-day training program together with our South Africa partner.

While training is often seen as a technical process, this experience represented something much deeper for us. It was a moment of alignment — strengthening not only product knowledge, but also reinforcing trust in our technology, in our shared values, and in the long-term partnership we are building together. Seeing the strong engagement and confidence from the SA team and their sub-distributors reminded us that true market growth is built on more than products alone. It is built on mutual belief, shared goals, and the confidence that we are moving forward together.
