Knee Cadaveric Course Successfully Concluded, Empowering Partners with Industry Experts

On February 16, the Knee Cadaveric Course, hosted by Delta Medical, successfully concluded at the Sharjah Surgical Institute (SSI) in Dubai. This two-day course brought together medical professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, aiming to enhance arthroscopic knee surgery techniques through the practical application of the latest technologies and sports medicine implants, contributing to the advancement of sports medicine.

Day 1 Highlights:

Participants engaged in practical sessions focused on knee arthroscopy techniques, utilizing:

* T-lock Meniscal Repair System: For lateral and medial meniscal repairs.

* Innovative Rhino Meniscus Suture Passer and Root C-Guide: For meniscus root repairs.

* Familiarization with our Inside-Out Meniscal Repair Set and the Double Needle Loop Implant used in this technique.

* A complete set of hand instruments for performing partial meniscectomy.

Day 2 Highlights:

The second day featured advanced surgical techniques, where candidates practiced and discussed:

* ACL Reconstruction: Using the Fixbutton Adjustable Loop and interference screws, along with the comprehensive set required for this procedure.

* All-Inside ACL Reconstruction: Utilizing our Fixbutton Adjustable Loops.

* All-Inside PCL Reconstruction: Implementing the comprehensive ALL-Inside instrument set.

* Extra-Articular Tendon Surgery: Focused on learning technical steps and tips for successful outcomes.

This high-quality course featured esteemed international faculty members from Delta Medical, Dr. Nader Darwich and Dr. Ayman Ebied, who provided professional insights and meticulous guidance. Their exceptional expertise and extensive clinical experience offered invaluable technical instruction, helping participants master the latest surgical techniques.
