The most commonly used fixation technique for the Syndesmosis repair is elastic fixation using FixButton™ and UHS™ Suture. The elastic fixation can maintain the micro-motion function of the Syndesmosis after fixation, in order to facilitate the functional recovery of the ankle joint and avoid tension screw loosening, breakage and secondary surgery.
